Too good to be true ♥ Turmeric Biscuits


Turmeric is an excellent spice, I even love to make teas from freshly sliced turmeric. On top turmeric supplements are highly recommended (not just) to those who live with endometriosis. It is one of the most effective nutritional supplement in existence. A perfect boost to your health and significant help to your immune system.


  • 2 cups whole grain flour (I used almond and coconut)

  • 1 tsp turmeric, ground

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ginger, fresh

  • 3-5 tbsp Agave Syrup (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 cup of water + 2 handfuls of coconut chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil



  • Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.

  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

  • Now add the water together with the coconut flakes in the blender and stir everything with coconut milk.

  • Add the coconut milk and coconut oil to the dry mix and knead into a smooth batter.

  • Roll the dough on a floured surface and cut it with a knife about 25 equal rectangles (of course, as desired, more or fewer biscuits can be).

  • Place your turmeric biscuits on a baking tray and put into your preheated oven.

  • Now let your turmeric biscuits bake for the next 25 minutes until they turn slightly dark yellow around the edges.

  • Remove and allow to cool before serving.
