Salmon with Romanesco Tagliatelle


  • 200 g of salmon fillet
  • 200 g of verde tagliatelle
  • a small handful of fresh ruccola
  • a few lime wedges
  • olive oil
  • sesame seeds
  • a few raspberry
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a pinch of salt


  1. boil pasta in a large pot, add salt. 
  2. at the same time heat up a pan with a tbs butter
  3. spread romanesco into the pan season with salt, black pepper and a splash of white wine.
  4. let it steam for 5-10 mins
  5. mix romanesco with pasta
  6. season the salmon with small amount of pepper, salt and a little garlic and a splash of white wine 
  7. spread it in a skillet
  8. drizzle with olive oil and fry 3-3 mins both side in medium heat
  9. let a few mins in the skillet before serve
