Seven years ago yoga has found me. Ever since I rarely had a day without practice. 
I started practicing to be more relaxed and healthy, now I practice because it's my pleasure, I enjoy to explore asanas and slowly widen the limitations of my body and become more mindfulness.
One of my teachers told me you don't have to force yourself to be a "perfect" yogi immediately, everything will come with time.

I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and that helped me easily became an enthusiastic vegan and even follow macrobiotic diet, This disease forced me slightly to be more awake, take care of myself and yes, I can say no sometimes. Going with the flow is a decision. I am thankful for that.

Everything comes in its own rhythm and there is no need to hurry things, just accept them.
Set your intention and be persistent than you almost reached your goal.


Disciplined self-control and self-deprivation after a while become a  form of selflessness, which ultimately resembles a spiritual accomplishment. 


If you practise yoga every day in the mornings, you can set a quality mindset for yourself for the whole day. Yoga is a game changer. A rock in difficult times, and helps to achieve mental and physical stability. 

You just have to practise.
